This software and associated services are proprietary to SecureNode.

1. Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license
to integrate the SecureNode SDK into your applications solely for the purpose
of accessing SecureNode services using valid credentials issued by SecureNode.

2. Commercial Use Requirement
Any production, commercial, or revenue-generating use of the SecureNode SDK
or SecureNode services requires a valid commercial agreement with SecureNode.

Use of the SDK beyond evaluation or approved pilot programs without suchagreement is strictly prohibited.

3. Restrictions

You may not, without prior written permission from SecureNode:
a. Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the SDK.
b. Redistribute, sublicense, lease, sell, or provide the SDK as a standalone
product or as part of a competing service.
c. Use the SDK or any portion of its functionality to build, operate, or enable
a competing caller identification, call branding, spam detection, or telecommunications service.
d. Replicate, host, or attempt to reproduce SecureNode backend services.
e. Use insights gained through evaluation, consulting, or pilot access to
reproduce SecureNode functionality independently or via third parties.

4. Evaluation and Pilot Use
Evaluation, proof-of-concept, or pilot use is permitted solely for internal
testing and assessment. Such use does not grant rights to deploy the SDK in
production or to provide services to third parties.

5. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the SDK, including all intellectual
property rights, remain the exclusive property of SecureNode.

6. Enforcement and Remedies
Unauthorized use of the SDK or services, including commercial use without a
valid agreement, constitutes infringement and may result in legal action,including claims for damages, lost revenue, and injunctive relief.

7. Service Dependency
The SDK is designed to operate with SecureNode services. Access may be
suspended or revoked at SecureNode’s discretion for violations of this license
or applicable agreements.

8. Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. SECURENODE
SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
